As a Senior Product Designer, you will take ownership of the Appstack web application's design, focusing on elevating the UI/UX to make complex experiences intuitive for our users. You will work directly with the CEO, product and engineering teams to translate user feedback into sleek, functional designs that drive our platform forward.

Responsabilities
Lead the end-to-end design process for our web-based SaaS platform, from initial research and ideation to final implementation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product features and ensure alignment with user needs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and enhance user experience.
Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all product interfaces.
You might be a good fit if…
3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing, translating findings into actionable design improvements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
High proficiency in English, since we are an international team.
