What is a paid install?

Paid installs refer to all non-organic installs, engagements, or non-direct web conversion events attributed to a media source (such as an integrated ad network) coming exclusively from attributions powered by Appstack links.

What are ‘Enhanced app campaigns’ (EAC)?

Appstack’s ‘Enhanced app campaigns’ protocol, also known as ‘EAC’, is the new way for mobile apps to scale their user acquisition efforts. It enables app advertisers to gain more control over their ad campaigns, improve ROAS, and access data faster.

How do EACs actually work?

EACs, in their core, are web campaigns that redirect all users to the app store without even noticing (no landing page in between). Appstack makes it happen by providing the deep linking infrastructure, attribution service, and signal engineering. Apps can run EACs only by using the Appstack SDK (not needing the Meta or Firebase SDK)

Is it safe to run EACs?

100% safe. Apps can leverage the Appstack SDK and Links solution to attribute users to the right campaigns with an accuracy rate of 90%-95%. App developers decide what data to send to comply with GDPR and CCPA.

Is it hard to complete the integration?

You can ntegrate the SDK in just a few minutes. After releasing the app with the Appstack SDK, the only thing you need to do is connect the ad channels to Appstack (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and start running your ad campaigns.

Where can I see my ad data?

Appstack works as an attribution and analytics company. So you can analyze all your results in Appstack by using AI to create dashboards for you.

Yes. Everyone can use the 'Starter' plan and get up to 10,000 free paid installs measured by Appstack. Once you hit the threshold, you either upgrade or the platform gets blocked.

How does the price for the 'Growth' plan actually works?

The 'Growth' plan is composed of a monthly fixed price plus a variable for the total amount of paid installs measured for the specific period. For example, if last month an app achieved 20,000 paid installs, the total monthly value is $1,299 = (variable = 20,000*0.05) + (fixed = $299)

Do I need a credit card to create an account?

No. You can use Appstack for free and without adding a credit card. Still, if you want to continue using Appstack after you consume the first 10,000 paid installs, you must upgrade to 'Growth' or 'Enterprise'
