Senior Design Engineer
(On-site) Buenos Aires, Argentina
We’re hiring a Senior Design Engineer. This is not a traditional frontend or backend role. You will sit at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, taking ideas from concept to production and shipping fast. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Growth Lead and engineering team to translate product direction into real, user-facing features. You won’t just review PRs or hand off specs; you’ll own the entire loop from the design system to live code. If your instinct is to solve problems by opening both Figma and VS Code simultaneously, using Claude Design, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. As an early, high-leverage member of our team, you will shape the foundations of our core design system, accelerate our shipping velocity, and define a new standard for quality across the company.

Responsabilities
Own product design end-to-end (design system, UX, UI)
Translate design and product requirements into clean, scalable code.
Be capable of implementing new features and designs in the front end.
Collaborate closely with the product team to shape the user experience
Ship quickly and iterate based on real usage.
Contribute to system architecture and product decisions.
Collaborate with backend engineers and data engineers.
You might be a good fit if…
4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a design-focused role
Strong knowledge of Figma and great design criteria.
Strong experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js).
Solid backend experience (APIs, databases, system design).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (D3, Recharts, Observable Plot).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL / SQL).
