The Role

At Appstack, we're redefining mobile marketing measurement in a privacy-first world. We're seeking a Founding Designer to lead the design of our platform, ensuring that our tools are not only powerful but also intuitive and user-friendly. This role offers the opportunity to shape the user experience from the ground up, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with real impact. You'll build, scale, and iterate quickly in the real world.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for our web-based SaaS platform, from initial research and ideation to final implementation.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product features and ensure alignment with user needs.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and enhance user experience.

• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all product interfaces.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.

• Expertise in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, translating findings into actionable design improvements.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
